The service fee has to be calculated always in the motorhome rentals & includes the following: filled gas cylinders, biodegradable toilet chemicals, cleaning of the vehicle exterior and a detailed introduction to the correct handling of your campervan, cutlery, dishes & pans.
The vehicles are cleaned inside before they are handed over and must be returned in the same clean condition.

The renter and drivers must be at least 21 years old. A driving license class 3 or equivalent is required for all models. Class B or equivalent for motorhomes with a total permissible weight of up to 3,500 kg and class C for more than 3,500kg total weight. Drivers with driving licenses of classes B and C must have held a driving license for a minimum of 1 year.

We must remind you to keep to the assigned return date/times agreed in the contract. If a vehicle is returned from 10:00 – 13:00 , we must unfortunately charge the user at a rate of € 50.

Returns after 13 00 will be charged at one day’s rental cost. Our standard hours of opening at our depots are 08:00 am to 20:00 hrs. If you want to collect or return your motorhome out of  working days and hours, we offer this service upon agreement and  with an extra charge of € 70.

Smoking and the transportation of pets is only permitted in the vehicles subject to agreement with the motorhome hire agency.
